We give a copy of the application to the department or organisation that made the decision you want reviewed. We may also give a copy to any other person that is a party to the review. We may also advise any other person whose interests are affected by the decision under review that you have lodged an application for review. An application fee of $ must usually be paid when you apply for a review of a decision under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. You are entitled to pay a reduced fee of $100 instead of the standard application fee if: 1.you have been granted legal aid for your application; 2.you hold a health care card, pensioner concession card, Commonwealth seniors health card, or any other card issued by the Commonwealth that certifies entitlement to Commonwealth health concessions; 3.you are in prison or lawfully detained in a public institution; or 4.you are under 18 years of age or receiving youth allowance, Austudy or ABSTUDY.
